How do you clean Carpet and Tile?
We use a Pro-Chem state of the art Truck Mounted Steam Cleaning System thats specifically
designed for Carpet and Tile cleaning.
How do I get a price quote?
We charge by the area or square footage to be cleaned. If we are not able to give you quote
over the phone we will be happy to come out and give you a written estimate at No Charge.
How long will it take for carpets to dry?
Depending on the weather/humidity its normally between 3 - 5 hours.
Should I have my Grout sealed after it has been cleaned?
Grout does not have to be sealed. But without some sort of protection, the grout will begin
absorbing dirt and grime. Because grout is a porous material, it will readily absorb dirt and
stains even with regular mopping. This can leave the grout color looking uneven and dirty.
Does Carpet Protector really work?
Yes! It really does work. Your carpets will stay cleaner and stain-free longer. Every time your
carpets are professionally cleaned, re-apply protector to prolong the life of your carpet.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
Most of our customers have us out Once or Twice a year.
Are your cleaning products safe?
Yes, we use the best cleaning products available in the world. Our products are: nontoxic,
biodegradable, safe for pets and children and phosphate free.
Do you charge extra for Stains?
Our pre-spray treatment will take care of most common spots - we will quote extra for those
tough stubborn or hazardous type spots (e.g. urine, vomit, feces and blood etc.)
How far out can I schedule a cleaning?
As far as you like. We have customers who schedule as far out as 2 years.
Is there a charge for cancelling an appointment?
No. Just give us a call as soon as possible and we will cancel the appointment and if you
would like, reschedule for another date and time.
Do I need to prepare my home before you come?
We ask that you move all breakable items in the areas to be cleaned to a safe place.
